A social media manager with over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry. I spent 16 of those years hands-on in salon life, working with clients and leading a team, so I understand exactly what it’s like behind the treatment room door. We developed a strategic content plan that spotlighted the new treatment consistently across reels, stories, and post captions. I guided her to record simple, natural footage using just her iPhone and a tripod - no production days needed. The reel we posted wasn’t the first piece of content about the treatment, but it was the one that triggered action.

Within 3 hours of posting that reel, the client featured in the video rebooked the same service and her original booking had come from a previous reel. That treatment became a go-to offering and helped her reach her highest grossing month in business just 3 months after we started working together.
